Bulk orders may qualify for discounted rates.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity.

Urgent orders may attract an additional fee.

While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is outsourced to third-party courier services.

Shipping costs are determined based on location and package size.

Shuhi Creates is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the error is on our part.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Damages caused during shipping are not the responsibility of Shuhi Creates.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers must have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.

Shuhi Creates is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work for marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.

8. Communication

Clients are encouraged to provide clear and complete order details.

Delays in communication may affect production timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shuhi Creates shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
