Customised Products

Most of our products are customised or made to order. Once production has started, customised or personalised items cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded. Customers are responsible for confirming that all design details such as names, logos, colours, and quantities are correct before production begins.

Shipping and Fragile Items

Many of our products are fragile. We package all items carefully before dispatch.

Shipping and delivery services are handled by third-party courier providers. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss that may occur during transit.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any damage should be reported directly to the courier service provider.

Returns

Due to the customised nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item received is significantly different from what was approved during the order process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for customised products or for damages that occur during shipping by third-party couriers.
