Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Customised or printed items may take 2–5 business days for production before dispatch depending on the order.

Shipping Within Kenya

We deliver orders across Kenya using reliable courier service providers.

Shipping Fees

• Town Deliveries: A base delivery fee of KES 100 applies for deliveries within town.
• Outside Town / Other Locations:  base delivery fee of KES 100 Shipping charges will be determined by the courier service provider based on the delivery location and package size. 

The final delivery cost will be communicated to the customer before dispatch where applicable.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days
• Other towns in Kenya: 2–4 business days depending on the courier
